Guys, once again it was great seeing you live on stage (Wageningen Blues Hotel 3 November). Don't underestimate the power of The Pharaoh. We saw that when the power broke down, but you guys handled it great and treated us with a great show. Love to see you all again real soon. hello crowns, thank you very, very much for the great show in schoeneiche. did i say great, no, it was GREAT !!! maybe it was a little less "praying" and "gospel" therefore we got a steam-packet 2-hour rhythm'n'soulin'n'rockin' high energy show. my old ass couldn't resist to move and boogie from the first note of "nobody baby" until the last blast of the terrific "ramblin' woman". it must have been a funny look from the stage to see all those dancing bears in the audience. you did a real fine selction of songs, and your version of "river deep" was fantastic. did i say fantastic? it was far the best and most splendid i've ever heard! what a killer tune, it blew me away. and thank you also for the nice chat pre- and after the show and for the signing of all the stuff people presented to you. you're quite a bunch of great people, thank you. and by the way, you're looking great. maybe in my next life i'll get me some cool white j.j. slippers and such a sexy body as of jimi and then i will get such a wonderful entourage of magnificent ladies like you have. you shure must have a great life. anyway, thank you again for everything and 'till the next year alexander ps: i hope you like my recording from last years show, i guess this years tape will be as good. your tour-manager already do have a raw copy of it. you should encourage people to tape your shows and "spread the word", this will possibly increase your followers. not that i don't like your studio work, but the pure energy in your live-shows is so one-of-a-kind. everybody who have ever seen and heard you performing live is convinced forever. and while i'm writeing, if you get in contact with keith, send him all my best wishes. ps.(last): what's the name of that bass-player, i did not understand it right(kelly ? jerry?) have a great remaining tour.
